Refund Policy

We stand behind the service. If firestickiptvs.com doesn't work for you, we'd rather give you your money back than argue about it. This page explains exactly how refunds work, what's covered, and what isn't.

The 7-day money-back guarantee

Every paid plan sold through firestickiptvs.com is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. The guarantee period begins on the date your activation code is delivered to you (by email or through your account), not the date you place your order.

If, within those 7 days, you decide the service isn't for you — for any reason — you can request a full refund of the price you paid. We don't require you to justify the request, and we won't try to talk you out of it. A simple email is enough.

The guarantee applies to all paid plans: monthly, multi-month, and annual. The refund is for the full purchase price you paid, in the currency you paid it, back to the payment method you used.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email help@catchontv1.email from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Refund request". Include:

• Your account email (if different from the address you're writing from).
• Your order reference or the approximate date of purchase, if you have it.
• A one-line reason — optional, but it helps us fix problems for other customers.

We'll reply within 1 business day to confirm we've received the request, and we'll process the refund within the timeframes set out below. You don't need to return anything — your activation code is simply deactivated.

What's excluded

The 7-day guarantee is generous, but it isn't unlimited. The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Requests made after 7 days from activation-code delivery. Once the guarantee window closes, the subscription is considered accepted and is non-refundable.
• Issues caused by your internet service provider, your device, or your home network. We can help troubleshoot these, but we can't refund for problems that originate outside our service. If your ISP blocks or throttles IPTV traffic, or your Firestick is malfunctioning, that's outside our control.
• Content you simply don't like. With 24,000+ live channels plus on-demand content, not every channel or show will appeal to everyone. This is exactly why we offer a free trial — please use it before you buy, so you can verify the channel lineup and streaming quality work for you.
• Partial refunds for unused time on multi-month or annual plans after the 7-day window. The guarantee is all-or-nothing within 7 days; after that, no partial refunds are issued for the remaining months of a subscription.

Free trial

Our free trial costs nothing, requires no credit card, and creates no billing relationship. Because you are never charged, there is nothing to refund. If you try the trial and decide firestickiptvs.com isn't for you, simply stop using it — the trial expires on its own and you will never be billed.

We strongly recommend using the free trial to confirm the service works on your device and your connection before purchasing a paid plan. It's the single best way to avoid needing a refund later.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please email help@catchontv1.email before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks slow everything down. A refund we process directly typically lands back on your card in 5–7 business days. A chargeback, by contrast, can take 30–90 days to resolve, may be decided in our favour if we've already offered a refund, and can result in your account and payment method being flagged — which would prevent you from purchasing from us again.

We're a direct provider, not a reseller, and we honour refund requests within the guarantee window without resistance. Working with us directly is faster for you and keeps your account in good standing.

Refund processing time

Once we approve a refund request, we issue it to your original payment method within 1–2 business days. After that, your bank or card processor typically takes an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit to your account.

In total, expect the refund to appear on your statement within 5–7 business days of approval. The exact timing depends on your bank and is outside our control. If 10 business days pass and you haven't seen the credit, email us and we'll provide the refund reference number so you can follow up with your bank.

Changes to this policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The policy in effect on the date you purchased your plan governs your refund eligibility — later changes don't retroactively reduce your rights.

If we ever make a material change that reduces existing customers' refund rights, we'll notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
