We act as a reseller and access provider — we do not produce, host, own, or control the underlying content delivered through the Service.
The Service is optimised for Amazon Firestick and Fire TV devices, and is also compatible with a range of other supported devices and players. Channel availability, content libraries, and stream quality depend on our content partners and are subject to change without prior notice.
We are not a broadcaster or content creator. All trademarks, channel names, programmes, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Account Responsibilities
To use the Service you may need to provide certain information, including a valid email address for delivery of your subscription credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep that information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, M3U URLs, Xtream Codes, or login details we provide to you, and you accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a subscription. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and, where relevant, that you have the consent of the account holder.
You agree to notify us immediately at help@catchontv1.email if you believe your credentials have been compromised, shared without authorisation, or used in breach of these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial viewing. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing access to the Service, in whole or in part.
- Sharing your account credentials, M3U URLs, or playlist links beyond the connection limit included with your plan.
- Using the Service across more simultaneous connections than your subscription permits.
- Automated scraping, crawling, ripping, recording, or downloading of streams or content for redistribution.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source streams, endpoints, or server infrastructure details.
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
Each subscription plan includes a defined number of simultaneous connections. Sharing credentials beyond that limit places unauthorised load on our infrastructure and is treated as a material breach of these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of this section without refund.
5. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are sold as one-time payments for a defined plan duration (for example, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). We do not operate automatic renewal, recurring billing, or stored-card rebilling. Your subscription expires at the end of its term unless you choose to purchase a renewal manually.
Current pricing and plan durations are published on our pricing page. All prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
Payment is processed at the time of order. Subscription credentials are delivered to the email address you provide, typically within the timeframe stated on the product page. Late or non-delivery should be reported to help@catchontv1.email.
6. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible subscriptions, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability
We aim for a target uptime of 99.5% across our streaming infrastructure. However, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis, and uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
We are not liable for disruptions caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: internet service provider (ISP) outages, network congestion, device incompatibility, third-party player software, or failures on the part of our content partners.
Channel lineups and VOD libraries may change as content partners update, remove, or reorganise their offerings. We do not guarantee that any specific channel, programme, or title will remain available for the full duration of your subscription.
Scheduled maintenance is kept to a minimum and, where possible, carried out during low-traffic periods. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant scheduled downtime.
8. Intellectual Property
The firestickiptvs.com name, logo, website design, and all related branding are the property of firestickiptvs.com and may not be copied, imitated, or used without prior written consent.
All content delivered through the Service — including live channels, programmes, films, and VOD titles — is owned by the respective rights holders and content partners. We claim no ownership over such content. We provide access to streams supplied by our partners and do not host or store the underlying media files.
Any trademarks, service marks, or logos that appear in connection with the Service are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, firestickiptvs.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall in no event exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all channels will be available at all times in all regions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, as determined by the place from which we operate the Service.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We may update or revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Material changes that affect existing subscribers will, where reasonably possible, be communicated by email to the address we hold on file. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
